Our policy lasts 30 days beyond delivery. If 30 days have gone by since we have sent you a tracking number and you have not received your order, please contact us via our Contact Us form for a refund. You are free to keep the product when it eventually arrives.
We do not accept returns or refunds for any other reason. However, we are happy to assist with any problem and will work to resolve with you within reason.
To complete a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
